2026 Annual General Meeting
The Parliamentarians Association of British Columbia (“PABC”) hereby serves notice for the upcoming 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), taking place on April 18, 2026 at 9:30 AM at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (Civic Plaza Campus, 6th floor), 13485 Central Avenue, Surrey, BC, or online via Microsoft Teams. Elections for the PABC Board Executive (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer) will be conducted at the AGM. Those interested in running for a Board position are encouraged to contact the Nominating Committee by April 9, via email at: nominations@
Further, the Board will be presenting bylaw changes for the membership’s approval. Please review the proposed bylaw changes below – both clean and tracked changes copies are linked for convenience.
Registration fee is $25 for all attendees; a complementary lunch is also included for in-person attendees. PABC members are welcome to attend the AGM portion of the meeting at no cost.
